Delivery and Shipping
We post to anywhere in the world and offer free shipping to Republic of Ireland, Europe and the UK for all private orders. For private orders we use the national postal service of Ireland Standard Post (no tracking facility). Standard Post does not require a signature upon delivery. All private orders are posted using a padded envelope which will fit in a standard letterbox. The envelope (including product) is 25mm in thickness, 220mm in length and 140mm in width. Please ensure that accurate and correct details are entered at the time of purchase including post codes. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect delivery addresses. Tracking is available for all wholesale orders and we offer free shipping for all wholesale orders in the Republic of Ireland. For wholesale orders the packaging will be larger and will not fit in a standard letterbox so will require someone to be on hand to accept delivery.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of ordering. You may do so by using the contact form. In the case of your order already being dispatched we ask you to return your unopened and unused item(s) in its original packaging. We kindly ask you to do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please notify us via the contact form of the website prior to returning items to us. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of return goods.
In the event of receiving damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours to advise of such & please forward a photo of how you received your goods to email@example.com including details and description of damage. This allows us to raise such claim with our delivery provider in a timely manner. Replacement goods will be dispatched within 3 working days if the product is in stock.
